Hope you're doing well this week. i apologize for missing the last several weeks of publishing the newsletter.

Our little company has turned 10! It’s a number that is really hard to wrap my head around, it seems just like yesterday we were talking about what it would mean to start our own business.

As we look back over a decade of building a boutique agency in the analytics industry, we've been doing some reflecting at 33 Sticks. We've made a lot of mistakes, we’ve learned a lot of lessons, and i truly want to share some of the most critical ones with you in a series of articles i’m writing called ‘10 Lessons From 10 Years in Business.’ This week, we're focusing on one of our most valuable assets: Our Team.

In the article '10 Lessons From 10 Years in Business: Building the Right Team', we delve into what it really means to build the right team. As many of you know, a company is only as strong as its people. We've poured time, thought, and a whole lot of heart into building a team that's passionate, skilled, and aligned with our values.

Over the past 10 years, we've refined our hiring process to identify individuals who not only have the right analytical and consulting skills but more importantly also share our values and culture, our reason for existing as a company.

When we talk about benefits at 33 Sticks, we mean more than just health coverage and paid time off. We're talking about a holistic approach that encourages continuous learning, fosters creativity, and offers the freedom to work from anywhere in the world.

While many of these lessons i’m sharing have been gleaned from our unique journey, they seem to be universal. No matter what business you're in, the right team just seems to make all the difference. i hope the insights i share inspire you and help you in your journey, whether you're building a team or being a part of one.
